The Monitor
The experienced and qualified monitors are the most valuable assets of the SCSA. Most of our auditors are having solid academic background in relation to the social compliance field, such as social sciences, politics, accounting, laws, etc…… In addition, a comprehensive three month on-job training is provided to every auditor upon joining the company and they are then being sent to obtain the respective professional recognition at the accredited institutions, such as SA 8000 certified auditors, ISO certified auditors, OHSAS, ICTI, IRCA etc. Most of our compliance delegates or auditors are with extensive working experience gained from the leading multinational companies.
